Requiem

whether it is a brutal wrench or a happy release, whether tragic or benign, unbearable or welcome, death or even a separation arouses the most diverse reactions: the nearest and dearest of the departed are overwhelmed by feelings of distress, sadness, reverence or soul searching, which more often than not paralyse their powers of reasoning, allowing emotions to hold sway and leaving them a prey to deep feelings of sorrow which they must nevertheless somehow overcome. unfortunately it aint that simple when love lingers on.
