元宵 / 中国的情人节

糟了！！七天下来的辛苦健身已在一小时前给浪费了。 我现在的肚子仿佛像今夜元宵的月亮一样大一样圆。说真的还蛮爽的。呵呵！！最重要的是能够和家人一起共度元宵。 奇怪的是今年根本没有感觉到农历新年的气氛。就是那连压税和小赌吧。都起不了什么以前小时候的回忆。那一份期待的兴奋。可能是长大了吧，懂事多了吧，哈哈！重要的是能够珍惜家人的情系陪伴。

今日正月十五元宵节，也被称为中国的情人节。 我就在这里祝贺天下有情人天长地久。那些独自度过的也不要气馁或灰心。世界上一定会遇到对的人出現。

it wasn't the only thing but it definitely was the biggest regret of my life thus far. i'm Sorry. & i sincerely apologise to people i've hurt but yet i've done nothing & do not have the courage to face you with an apology. I'm sorry. regret. a negative state of conciousness and emotional reaction to individuals past action or behaviour. the thing about experience is that it gives you an honest reply. but ask yourself, have you done anything about it ? we are who we are because of the choices we made yesterday but tomorrow is another chance to change your life, for the better or the worse, answer it yourself. Our best decisions, the ones that we never regret, come from listening to ourselves. so people, start changing for the better tomorrow. :))
