ma legs had jus been chained up by dungeon ball & iron leg shackle. with an order passed down to all members of Xie Residence to keep a lookout for my activity. i'm banned frm exercising till my appointment with the orthopedic surgeon. suspected ther is torn ligament on my left knee & off lining structure of my left leg in comparison to the right. probably frm too much running. cld tis be the real sentence & punishment melted out for me ? fuck tt man. i urge the cupid's juridical association to review my charges for i hath served my time & i shall be acquitted !!

substaining a sore back, aching calves & swollen ball of the feet together with jittering hands were the aftermath of a boxing session tt jus ended. its definitely another level of intensity tt seems all so unfriendly but i've come to a greater understanding of the word "Limit". don't come bullshitting abt the sky being the limit when there are footprints on the moon !! & to suffering, there is a limit; to fearing, none. The limit of every pain is an even greater pain. There are only plateaus, we must go beyond them. take tis & ya shall succeed one day.

apologise & appreciate. my absence tis period is marked by intensive mugging. i fell but i learned to pick myself up again. laugh & diss as ya may wish. it does bother me but it only cheapens my exsistence to engage in a conversation with someone unworthy of my time. even if i do fell agn, do ya hav the humility & breadth of life to step forward like me ? or even hav the strength to pull yaself up from Zero ?
